Can I change my booking?
Yes, you may change your booking. This must be done 48 hours in advance

How can I get a refund?
In order to get a refund for something, you must contact us via e-mail or phone number on contact page.
How does the gift card work?
The gift card can be used to pay for all canna cruise experiences, besides CCXL.
Is the gift card transferrable?
Yes you may give someone else the gift card if you do not wish to have it
Can I use the gift card to pay for more than one experience?
Yes this is possible. If your gift card is worth 500 you can book 2 separate experiences of 250 euros.
Can I do a partial payment with the gift card
You may combine the gift card with another payment method if you wish.
